Ohhh, the distractions of summer! We've been busy in the outdoors the past few weeks. The weeuns and I have been taking every chance possible to go blackberry and plum picking! I can't believe the plethora of each we've managed to get for 'FREE' from the wild. I've made Blackberry Crumble and Blackberry-Apple Cake, Blackberry Streusel Muffins, and Plum Tortes....and tonight we make jam! Also are busy getting ready for our big move to Goring-by-Sea. Pick up the keys next Saturday, then it's hectic frantic moving and house cleaning. Hope everyone else is having a fantastic summer! Ours has been brilliant thus far. (knock on wood!)
