We've had a creative few days over here that has lingered over in to Sunday. I'm upstairs sewing whilst the kiddo's are downstairs making 'Mermaid' decorations for dinner tonight. They've decided to have a 'Mermaid Dinner Party' complete with fancy decorations they are making, and a menu of fish fingers, hotdog octopus' and shell pasta......and have now just announced we need a 'Mermaid Cake'....sheesh!
Before I go find the cake baking tins, here's a few photo's of our recent meanderings.
As a way to meditate and spread positive thoughts to others (versus rioting! as we've recently read about in the UK news), we collected rocks from the beach near our house, and spent time together painting them pretty, then writing positive messages on the bottoms before tossing them randomly back along the beach. Hopefully the strangers who wind up finding the rocks in years to come are enlightened by the peaceful messages.
Unfortunately, not my picture. My camera is acting up, but this is exactly what we did with our rocks |

My daughters then decided to spread the love with the Fairies that live in
our garden. Here they are making a Fairy Feast, that includes their fave...Fairy Bread!

All set up for the Fairies |
Fairy Bread - so easy. Just spread butter or chocolate spread on bread, cover in sprinkles - very yummy even for humans |
Then Indigo made us a Blackberry Pie using up the blackberries we picked during the day when we were exploring Angmering village on foot.
